Job Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact by warmly greeting and assisting visitors.
- Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information as needed.
- Manage administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory of office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite tools to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.
- Offer support to families by addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with medical receptionist tasks, such as patient check-in and check-out, if applicable.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on creating positive experiences for families.
- Experience in front desk operations or as a medical receptionist is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications and general computer skills.
- Strong typing skills with high attention to detail in documentation.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, supporting communication with diverse families.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a bonus but not required.
Additional Info:
- Pay: $21-$25/hr
- Annual reviews each spring with a guaranteed pay increase each year
- Location: 100% onsite
- Schedule: 8 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday
